    Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA, the Marketing Manager – Germany is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of marketing tactics and campaigns, leveraging both online and offline channels to drive demand generation and customer engagement.
    This position is part of the Marketing team located in Germany and will be hybrid.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, and/or advertising, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbally and written
  • Experience in marketing channel management, including managing social and web channels.
  • International marketing experience in a B2B environment, or advertising agency account service experience with B2B clients, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for example for fairs/ events

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue by implementing campaign assets and strategies across both digital and traditional marketing channels, leveraging marketing leads and digital commerce opportunities.
  • Develop and refine communication strategies and marketing materials based on market insights, optimizing channels to effectively engage and convert target audiences.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts across Web, Social Media, PPC/SEO, PR, Email, Sales Enablement, and Digital Advertising, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns
  • Engage in continual results tracking all the way through the marketing and sales funnel – from early engagement indicators (e.g. Clicks) and top-of-the-sales-funnel indicators (e.g. lead creation, conversion rate) to actual sale.
  • Occasionally manage local tradeshows and customer events.
