As Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) for ANZS, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of promotional campaigns that turn business priorities into measurable growth. You’ll translate insights into omni-channel communications, partner with Pricing & Promotions to improve financial impact, and optimise processes for efficiency.
Customer-obsessed and data-driven, you’ll shape CRM activity, drive loyalty, and test new insights to keep improving performance. Working with global and local teams, you’ll ensure every campaign aligns with Vista’s strategy and delivers value for our customers and our business.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–10 years’ marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven track record to build and implement integrated go-to-market plans from strategy to analysis.
  • Strong campaign/project management skills and experience delivering high-quality creative briefs.
  • CRM strategy development and execution experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with 2+ years’ leadership experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a 12-month promotional plan and quarterly customer calendars, drawing insights from Marketing, Category, Pricing, Finance, Customer Service, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Lead omni-channel campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring integration, timely delivery, and on-brand messaging.
  • Brief and collaborate with Creative, Web, and Channel partners, optimising processes for efficiency.
  • Partner with global teams to localise messaging, share findings, and improve data models, processes, and assets.
  • Work with Category and Pricing teams to create customer-centric offers that drive growth and engagement.
  • Track performance, analyse campaign results, and use data to optimise future activity.
  • Contribute to yearly marketing strategy and lead the annual GTM strategy for ANZS.
  • Collaborate across local and global stakeholders, influencing outcomes for the ANZS market.
  • Lead and develop two direct reports based in India.
