Description:

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and a deep understanding of the transportation and logistics industry. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that increase our brand awareness, grow our customer base, and strengthen our position in the competitive market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Experience in and a solid understanding of e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, LTL, FTL,
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations within the transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Creative, results-driven, and able to think strategically.
  • Dynamic, well spoken, confident demeanor with Public Relations and/or public speaking experience
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, email campaigns, and social media to drive lead generation, brand awareness and partnership development
  • Collaborate with Sales and Development team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive customer acquisition
  • Manage the company’s brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, website content (social media, blogs), advertisements, presentations, case studies and other sales collateral.
  • Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Plan and coordinate company participation in industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
