QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS/startup experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate and convert qualified leads, including using ABM approaches
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills with a focus on conversion
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Canva, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and basic design tools
  • High level of ownership — able to execute campaigns independently and at speed
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and data-driven
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a mid-level, fully hands-on Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience — ideally in SaaS or a startup environment — who thrives as a “one-person marketing team.” This is a highly execution-focused role, not strategic or managerial.
Your primary KPI will be qualified lead generation — both net-new and expansion from existing customers — with a particular focus on account-based marketing (ABM). You’ll work directly with Sales to build campaigns and materials that move the needle on pipeline creation.
