This stand-alone _Marketing Manager role offers the opportunity to work closely with Directors, Sales Management, and external agency partners, playing a key role in shaping the company’s marketing and sales journey.
In your role as Marketing Manager, you will liaise with external agencies on paid and digital marketing campaigns whilst also driving the creative and copy strategy in-house to support a growing residential sales team. • Develop copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, PDFs, property guides, and PowerPoints.
• Focus on lead generation through marketing assets and campaigns aligned with sales goals.
• Manage external agencies on paid digital campaigns to achieve the best ROI.
• Collaborate with agencies to ensure marketing materials are visually appealing and accurate.
• Proofread marketing materials for grammar, spelling, and accuracy.
• Work closely with internal sales teams, Directors, and agencies to ensure successful campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance marketing effectiveness.
