Demand Generation Manager, Australia & New Zealand Reports to: Country Commercial Manager, Australia & New Zealand Location: Sydney or Melbourne, Australia Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute localized, multi-channel marketing programs to establish Provation as the superior SaaS solution in the Australian and New Zealand healthcare markets. This role is pivotal in driving top-of-funnel growth, competitive displacement, and pipeline creation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with deep expertise in digital, email, paid media, and field campaign execution, combined with a strong understanding of B2B healthcare and SaaS dynamics. Key Responsibilities 1. Localized Brand Positioning & Reputation Building Develop and execute a regional brand strategy that resonates with ANZ healthcare priorities. Create messaging frameworks that differentiate Provation from incumbent competitors and align with local procurement norms and regulatory requirements. Tailor communications, success stories, and advocacy programs to reflect regional clinical workflows and policy influences. 2. Market Awareness & Engagement Launch integrated awareness campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and industry partnerships to increase visibility among healthcare executives, clinicians, and IT leaders. Drive participation in regional conferences, webinars, and events to elevate Provation’s profile as an innovation leader. 3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Creation Own end-to-end execution of localized demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, and field channels to drive pipeline creation. Build and activate go-to-market programs targeting competitor accounts. Develop and launch account-based marketing tactics for high-value targets. 4. Performance Analysis & Reporting Provide regular reporting on pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI. Translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 5-8 years of relevant work experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare and/or SaaS. Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. Strategic, solves complex problems working independently with minimal guidance. Experience marketing to healthcare stakeholders strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing technology (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Zapier, Canva). Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and digital platforms (Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud). Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal direction. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management and communication skills.
