About the role GSK is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the launch and commercial growth of our hematology portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be a core member of the Oncology cross-functional team, contributing to brand strategy, customer experience, market access, and integrated commercial execution. Key responsibilities Prepare for new hematology product launches in Saudi Arabia, collaborating with local, regional and global teams to translate strategy into operational plans. Act as a strong team player and role model within the Oncology cross-functional team; provide coaching, give and receive feedback to support continuous team development. Establish and maintain strong relationships with oncology key opinion leaders; ensure delivery of high-quality customer engagement. Co-create brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns aligned with local regulations and GSK standards. Deliver peer-to-peer (P2P) educational programs to ensure clear brand messaging and understanding of appropriate patient profiles. Develop and execute access and reimbursement plans; engage with stakeholders to support patient access to therapies in line with local regulations and GSK policy. Manage GSK sponsorships for local congresses and collaborate with healthcare societies to build oncology advocacy and corporate reputation. Identify business opportunities and contribute to a 2–4 year growth vision. Spend approximately 50% of time in the field to engage customers and support the sales team, gathering market insights and ensuring alignment of commercial activities. Ensure resources are allocated according to agreed priorities and coordinate end-to-end brand management at the customer level. Basic qualifications Minimum 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven performance record. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent. Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration/card. Current or prior experience in Oncology/Hematology. Preferred qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong execution skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets under tight timelines. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and to build external stakeholder relationships. Work Environment Hybrid field-and-office role. Expect to spend approximately 50% of your time in the field meeting healthcare professionals, supporting the sales team and gathering market insights; the remainder of the time will be office- or home-based for planning, stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
