Description JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager leads the creative and strategic direction of the Highway Products, Inc. marketing efforts, driving brand growth and engagement through innovative campaigns and impactful storytelling. This role oversees all marketing activities, guiding a talented team to execute high-quality projects that elevate the brand and connect with customers. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and seeing bold ideas come to life. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all marketing functions for the Highway Products, Inc. division. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness. Oversee department timelines and ensure on time project completion. Develop and monitor marketing campaigns. Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly. Communicate marketing efforts to leadership and make adjustments as necessary. Provide guidance and a creative perspective for marketing events, including trade shows. Build relationships with media and various stakeholders through creative PR strategies. Analyze budget and financial impact of marketing strategies. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with strong knowledge of digital marketing, WordPress, and social media platforms preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Creative thinker with a results-driven approach and attention to brand consistency.
