Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE.
Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with HR, Procurement, Operations, and senior decision-makers.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding.
Solution Selling: Promote manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, payroll, and workforce solutions based on client requirements.
Market Development: Identify new industries, market opportunities, and potential accounts to expand business.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with Recruitment, Operations, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Sales Targets: Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

7–10 years of UAE experience in business development within manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
