Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This role will suit a structured, corporate-minded marketing professional who can operate across education, charity and technology sectors.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring marketing activity to support learner recruitment, employer partnerships, donor engagement and the positioning of our AI ventures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with group growth objectives.
  • Manage annual marketing calendars across training, charity and AI projects.

Brand & Communications

  • Strengthen Holt Green Training Group’s reputation as a trusted provider, respected charity and innovator.
  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral for learners, employers, donors and partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency and professional standards across all channels.

Campaigns & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing (website, SEO, PPC, social media, email, automation).
  • Deliver integrated campaigns that:
  • Increase learner applications and employer leads.
  • Engage donors and supporters.
  • Build awareness of AI and digital solutions.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, operations and charity teams to align marketing with organisational outcomes.
  • Support bid/tender submissions with polished materials and case studies.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track ROI, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the Board.
