• Previous experience in delivering Home Lending marketing and working with product, broker, sales and technology teams to develop and optimise home loan customer acquisition, onboarding & engagement experiences preferred
• Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels and platforms, including email, social media, search and display advertising
• Proven marketing project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst juggling multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to create key audience cohort communications
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
