Description

At Host, we don’t just provide student accommodation – we create thriving communities where students can feel happy, safe and supported throughout their university journey. Our mission? To be the best - and that starts with hiring brilliant people like you!
We are on the lookout for a brand new Marketing Manager to join our Central Marketing Team. This is a hybrid role primarily based in our London office with flexibility for home working and regular travel as required.
This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00am and 17:30pm. The role offers a salary of £45,000.00 - £52,000.00, reflective of experience and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll bring our brand to life through creative, data-driven campaigns that build awareness, drive occupancy and celebrate everything that makes living with Host special. You’ll take the lead on delivering national and local marketing activity across our student and co-living portfolios – making sure our message hits home in both online and offline formats.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll manage the campaign lifecycle from concept to reporting, mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure every project aligns with our goals and values. You’ll also play a key role in team development and continuous improvement. Your role will include:

  • Designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that boost visibility, engagement and bookings.
  • Managing day-to-day digital activity, including social, SEO, paid search and CRM via HubSpot.
  • Creating content that connects – from blog posts and TikToks to property listings and print.
  • Supporting local marketing plans and promotions tailored to individual sites.
  • Leading on reporting and insight-gathering to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Acting as brand guardian – ensuring tone, design and messaging stay on point across every channel.
  • Line-managing team members and external agencies to ensure high standards and delivery to deadlines.
