Description

As Hueman’s Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of recruitment marketing activities that support one of Hueman’s largest clients in the logistics industry. This includes candidate generation and recruiter enablement strategy.
As a critical part of the partnership’s success, you will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans with our talent marketing and recruitment operation leaders and collaborating with a team through execution. Projects range from job advertising strategy and vendor management to digital recruitment tools and SEO best practices.
We are looking for a marketing professional with experience managing multiple clients and projects across all marketing channels. If you have experience working with a corporate shared services marketing team or at an agency, this role could be perfect for you!
As a key member of the marketing team, you will report to our Director of Marketing, but will work closely with leadership across the business.

MARKETING MANAGER SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing. Agency experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Understanding of brand and campaign budget management
  • Critical thinking skills for data analytics to guide optimization and critical decision making
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe and Canva, a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Work with Marketing and operational leadership to develop & execute strategic recruitment marketing plans, including but not limited to: market awareness, content, job promotion, audience nurture, and engagement
  • Responsible for establishing project goals and ensuring all tracking and reporting is established for comprehensive, closed-loop reporting
  • Manage advertising vendors and budgets, including campaign optimizations and reporting on actual spends
  • Responsible for establishing consistent communications, business reviews, and planning sessions with operational leaders
  • Responsible for managing a team through the execution of efforts and coordinating generalized and specialized resources
