Description
Location: United Kingdom Type: Full-time Start Date: As soon as possible Work type: Remote (with occasional travel to our UK facility) At Hyperion Robotics, we are on a mission to bring sustainability and automation to one of the largest and most conservative sectors — the construction industry. Using robotic 3D printing technology and low-carbon upcycled materials, we are rethinking the way construction elements are designed and built. We collaborate with leading clients in the construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors and are backed by some of Europe’s top investors. We are looking for a Marketing Manager (UK) to lead all marketing and communications activities in the UK, helping us expand our footprint and accelerate the adoption of sustainable 3D-printed concrete. In this role, you’ll turn strategy into action — driving awareness, building credibility, generating leads, and supporting sales to secure pilot projects and long-term partnerships with key UK infrastructure players. What you will do Execute Hyperion’s UK marketing and communications strategy in alignment with our global business and sales goals. Drive awareness and education within the construction industry about the benefits of sustainable 3D-printed reinforced concrete. Build brand credibility through strong PR, social media, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives. Lead content creation — write and edit engaging blog posts, social content, case studies, whitepapers, gated content, newsletters, and award entries that showcase our innovation. Plan and manage events and campaigns, ensuring strong presence at industry exhibitions and conferences (e.g. Construction Startup Competition, Utility Week Live). Collaborate closely with the sales team to design lead generation campaigns, create impactful marketing materials, and nurture high-quality leads. Manage the UK marketing budget, calendar, and performance metrics, tracking KPIs and reporting on ROI. Oversee digital marketing and brand consistency, maintaining our website, social channels, SEO, and analytics to ensure Hyperion’s message is clear and compelling. Who we are looking for 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction, technology, engineering, or sustainability sectors. Proven track record in PR and content writing, from crafting press releases to securing media coverage and submitting award entries. Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging narratives. Hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels, websites, and social media (ideally WordPress, Hubspot, Linkedin, Canva, and Google Analytics). A self-starter who combines creativity with commercial thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with confidence to make day-to-day marketing decisions and manage external suppliers. Fluent English speaker It’d be a plus if you have Experience working in or with startups or scaleups. Familiarity with the UK infrastructure or utilities sector. Understanding of sustainability, low-carbon technologies, and their role in the future of construction. What we offer A fair and competitive compensation package. Fringe benefit options + Occupational healthcare Career development opportunities through hands-on experience and various learning activities. Work in a friendly and international team of driven people on a mission to transform the construction industry. Sounds exciting? Send your CV and motivation letter in English via the application form. We are continuously reviewing applications and will fill the role as soon as we find the right candidate.
