Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing efforts, foster strategic partnerships and drive brand growth in the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) region. Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of targeted co-marketing campaigns with channel partners, tailored to local preferences. Manage and drive agencies as well as other external partners Increase brand awareness and word of mouth, focusing on Channel Marketing, Influencer marketing, Social marketing and Digital marketing Collaborate with consumer and digital marketing teams, sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing initiatives. Work with partners to co-create marketing plans that align with Cricut’s overall brand and business goals. Analyze regional market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and provide insights for continuous improvement. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Iberia market. Qualifications Fluency in English is a pre-requisite Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in marketing and the consumer retail market (preferably in the Iberian region). Strong leadership and project management skills. A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans. Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Affinity with craft and / or other creative hobbies is a plus Culture fit: energetic, self-starter. Gets stuff done. Is a player, not a victim. Acts like an owner.
