What We’re Looking For: We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our full-funnel marketing strategy across the European region. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of brand, digital performance, offline marketing and partnerships across the EU and EEA. You will be the marketing voice of the Company, building regionally relevant campaigns, developing local partnerships, managing CySEC and ESMA-aligned communications, and driving measurable growth in funded clients, trading volumes, and brand equity across European markets. What You’ll Do: Regional Strategy & Brand Develop and own the Company’s marketing plan, with clear quarterly KPIs across awareness, acquisition, conversion and retention. Act as brand custodian for IC Markets (EU) Ltd, ensuring all communications, creative, partner co-branding and event activations adhere to the Company’s brand guidelines and tone of voice. Localise marketing communications for European audiences across multiple languages, market maturity levels and trading cultures (e.g. Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Nordics). Digital Performance Marketing Plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, native and programmatic - within ESMA / CySEC advertising rules and platform restrictions on CFD promotion. Own performance metrics including CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC, marketing-led FTDs and trading volume contribution; report regularly to the CEO and the Board. Manage SEO strategy for European markets, including multilingual on-page optimisation, technical SEO and authority building across regional domains. Operate and grow CRM, email and lifecycle marketing across the trader journey - from lead capture through onboarding, activation, reactivation and retention. Own attribution, tracking infrastructure, consent management and first-party data strategy under GDPR and ePrivacy requirements. Continuously test creative, landing pages and audience strategies; bring a structured experimentation mindset to every campaign. Offline Marketing, Events & Sponsorships Lead the Company’s European expo and events calendar - including iFX EXPO Cyprus, Finance Magnates events, FMPS, and key regional broker / fintech conferences. Plan, budget and execute exhibitions, conferences, seminars, IB roadshows and client meetups across major European hubs. Identify, negotiate and manage regional sponsorships, ambassadors and partnership opportunities - with cultural and regulatory sensitivity to each market. Manage relationships with agencies, event organisers, production partners and translation vendors across the region; ensure quality, brand consistency and cost discipline. Track ROI and engagement from every offline activation; ensure offline insights feed back into the digital funnel and CRM. Compliance, Regulation & Risk Work hand-in-hand with the Company’s Legal and Compliance functions to ensure every piece of marketing - paid media, organic content, landing pages, IB collateral, event materials - is fully aligned with CySEC and ESMA requirements, and applicable host-state regulatory requirements under passporting. Maintain a clear approval workflow for risk warnings, leverage disclosures, target market statements and restricted promotional language. Champion GDPR-compliant data practices across all marketing systems, vendors and campaigns, including consent, retention and cross-border transfers. Stay ahead of regulatory developments affecting CFD and FX advertising in Europe and translate them into operational marketing rules. Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with the Sales and Dealing teams to align marketing investment with funded client targets, IB acquisition and high-value client growth. Work with Product, Trading and Risk functions to bring new platforms, instruments and trader programmes to market in Europe. Own and manage the Company’s marketing budget - track spend, forecast accurately, and demonstrate clear cost-per-acquisition and return-on-investment by channel. Build and develop a small in-house team over time (specialists across digital, content and events as the business scales). Report directly to the CEO on marketing performance, budget and strategic initiatives, and present to the Board as required. Qualifications: Essential 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role in the FX / CFD, fintech, online trading or financial services industry. Direct, hands-on experience marketing under CySEC and / or ESMA rules with a clear understanding of CFD advertising restrictions, risk warnings, leverage disclosures and target market obligations. Proven track record across both digital performance and offline marketing - paid media, SEO, CRM, expos, sponsorships and partnerships. Strong commercial acumen, comfortable owning CAC, FTD targets, ROAS and budget P&L, and presenting to senior leadership and the Board. Demonstrated experience working across multiple European markets and languages, and managing localisation, agencies and vendors at scale. Working knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy and consent management in a marketing context. Native or fully fluent English; written and verbal. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or a related field. Eligibility to live and work in Cyprus. Desirable A second European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish or Polish particularly valued). Familiarity with introducing broker (IB) and affiliate ecosystems and partner marketing in Europe. Experience with marketing analytics and BI tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and tracking / attribution platforms. Prior experience based in or working closely with the Cyprus financial services ecosystem. Working Arrangement: On-site Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 at our Limassol office.
