Description
Position: Marketing Manager Location: Limassol, Cyprus Work Model: 100% on-site Employment Type: Full-time Duties & Responsibilities Direct multi-channel campaigns spanning SEO, PPC (Google Ads, affiliates), social media, email, and SMS. Evaluate and refine core metrics like CAC, LTV, ROI, and churn via GA, Amplitude, and Tableau. Handle monthly marketing budgets of up to $500K, optimizing spend across channels. Supervise content planning, A/B tests, and promotions while adhering to regulations. Lead a team of 5-10 marketing specialists. Partner with Product, CRM, and Development teams to enhance user acquisition and retention. Work alongside internal marketing/analytics groups and external partners in Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance. Track performance in major markets (EU, LATAM, Asia) and deliver data-backed recommendations. Requirements Native or fluent English skills (spoken and written). At least 2 years in iGaming and performance marketing. Track record of growing to 50K+ monthly depositors. Own network of active affiliates. Expertise in AppsFlyer/Adjust and Braze/Klaviyo. Analytical, data-focused approach. Team management/supervision experience is a plus. Affiliate network background is a plus. Benefits Attractive salary plus performance bonuses.
