    We are seeking a marketing contractor to support two workstreams in the Creators Marketing organization: paid media and Creator education. This person will support cross-functional team members across these two areas. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, combining expertise in digital advertising with the ability to create compelling educational content. We are seeking someone with 7+ years experience for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media:
  • Assist with paid campaign management (including but not limited to: reporting/pacing, trafficking ads, building media plans, optimizing ads, appending tags)
  • Creator Education:
  • Partner with agency teams to review, track, and implement creator-facing assets across multiple channels, maintaining asset delivery schedules
  • Manage project timelines and dependencies using Asana
  • Moderate live webinars, managing participant engagement, and responding to questions in real-time
  • Compile and organize post-webinar feedback and questions for future content development
  • Create regular reports on educational content performance and engagement metrics, track performance across KPIs and input into recaps and business review documents
  • Strategize and own Creator University, our client’s Creator program’s owned and operated education hub
  • Manage content strategy, development, and execution
  • Manage and oversee workstreams of design and UX agency; giving creative direction, feedback, and implementation timelines
  • Develop and oversee targeting and gating strategy for personalized education experiences
  • Partner with product teams to integrate AI-powered solutions toward education management
