JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with a background in real estate development to lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and project positioning for residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in launching real estate projects, managing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, and working closely with sales, design, and development teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related discipline.
  • At least 5-7 years of marketing experience with a real estate development

background in the UAE.

  • In depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate development market and customer

behavior.

  • Proficiency with branding, analysis and marketing objectives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate laws, advertising standards, and adherence to all

applicable requirements is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or professional certifications in marketing.
  • Strong connections with vendors and marketing agencies
  • Experience working in real estate development projects.
