Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO As the Marketing Manager for our Franchise partner Gill Capital, you will own the end-to-end regional marketing agenda for the regions Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia- setting strategy, orchestrating execution, and delivering commercial impact across three diverse markets. The ideal leader blends brand storytelling with performance discipline, turns insight into action, and scales what works quickly. You will lead: Market Strategy & Growth Build country-specific annual/quarterly marketing plans tied to commercial targets (traffic, conversion, ASP, LTV). Prioritize high-ROI growth levers (omnichannel, loyalty, CRM, partnerships, creator/influencer, retail media, paid social/search). Marketing Plan Execution Take full operational responsibility for Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia marketing: calendar, campaigns, store activations, media mix, and agency stewardship. Team & Operating Model Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (Brand, Performance, CRM/ Loyalty, Social/Influencer, PR/Comms, VM support). Establish a “test–learn–scale” cadence and clear roles/rituals with Sales, Merch, and Visual Merchandising. Integrated Go-to-Market Land seasonal stories and product drops with 360° execution (owned, paid, earned, in-store). Ensure messaging consistency and premium brand standards across touchpoints. Performance, Analytics & Budget Own the regional marketing budget; shift spend dynamically by ROAS/MER and marginal CPA. Build dashboards for weekly performance reads (traffic, CVR, CAC, LTV, CRM KPIs), course-correct fast. Customer, CRM & Loyalty Grow identifiable base via first-party data capture; scale lifecycle journeys (welcome, win-back, cross-sell). Partner with Product/Tech on tagging, attribution, and experimentation. Stakeholder Management Serve as the single point of contact with HQ; localize global strategy and surface regional insight back to global teams. Manage agencies and key partners with clear SLAs and outcome-based scopes. Brand & Reputation Safeguard brand guidelines, legal/compliance (incl. country-specific ad rules), and crisis comms protocols. Qualifications WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with… A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred 8+ years in a senior marketing role, including 3+ years managing multi-country portfolios in Southeast Asia. Proven ability to develop and execute 360° strategies across brand, performance, and retail activation. Strong analytical capabilities, including attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and cohort/LTV analysis. Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Malay is a plus.
