About the job We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our Influencer and Affiliate Marketing team, driving growth through strategic partnerships, data-driven decision-making, and high-impact execution. If you’re analytical, curious, and passionate about building teams and testing new channels to scale what truly works — this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the internal Influencer and Affiliate Marketing team, ensuring high performance, strong collaboration, and clear priorities; Oversee end-to-end management of influencer and affiliate programs — including prospecting, curation, negotiation, and content approval; Design and execute rapid tests and MVPs for new marketing channels, evaluating potential for scale; Identify and develop new acquisition opportunities through influencer marketing, performance partnerships, and emerging platforms; Establish and refine playbooks for channel exploration, measurement, and iteration; Define goals, KPIs, and frameworks to track ROI, CAC, and incremental sales from influencer and affiliate campaigns; Maintain and improve spreadsheets and dashboards for tracking performance and insights; Collaborate closely with Growth, Creative, and Data teams to align strategy, messaging, and measurement across all initiatives; Report learnings, insights, and scaling recommendations directly to leadership. Requirements 5+ years of experience in performance-driven influencer and affiliate marketing, with proven results in ROI, CAC, and revenue impact; Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performance teams, fostering accountability and continuous learning; Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data-driven analysis and reporting; Proven ability to test, validate, and scale new channels or partnership models; Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution — you can both design and deliver results; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working directly with creators, agencies, and leadership; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced environments. Nice to Have Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting performance; Familiarity with attribution tools, affiliate tracking, and creator management platforms; Background in e-commerce, DTC, or subscription-based businesses; Ideal Profile You are a data-driven marketer with a growth mindset — curious, fast-moving, and eager to experiment. You know how to turn small tests into scalable growth channels, build strong teams, and deliver measurable business impact through partnerships that perform.
