Job Description In this Marketing Manager role, you will be working as part of the team delivering Global Health Exhbition, the meeting point for the world's healthcare innovators. Responsibilities include: Marketing Strategy & Execution You will own and drive the marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, management, and optimization of inbound and outbound campaigns. You will deliver on strategic KPIs by increasing online traffic, generating leads, and driving conversions, while providing regular performance updates. You will analyze visitor and exhibitor digital behavior using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities. You will set and benchmark new KPIs to elevate campaign performance. You will collaborate with agencies to develop and optimize paid campaigns using analytics dashboards and reports. You will stay updated on SEO trends, working with stakeholders and agencies to create innovative digital campaigns. You will develop organic search strategies tailored to customer lifecycles and international market trends. You will work with content marketing teams to create high-quality content and improve organic search performance based on traffic and conversions. You will design and implement testing strategies, including A/B testing, landing pages, and CTAs. Leadership You will lead marketing teams to deliver campaigns aligned with KPIs and strategy. You will manage and mentor digital marketers, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration. Analysis & Insight You will monitor campaign performance through timely reports and recommend data-driven changes. You will identify trends and share insights with teams and senior management to drive revenue and explore opportunities. Planning & Campaign Management You will plan marketing campaigns to achieve visitor attendance and exhibitor acquisition goals. You will ensure adherence to deadlines using tools like Gantt charts, content calendars, and budget trackers. You will assist in developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring digital elements are up to date. Marketing Execution You will identify target audiences, develop personas, and tailor messaging for key segments. You will ensure timely, optimized communications across digital channels. Qualifications Proven experience as Marketing Manager Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience Thorough understanding & experience of digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketing. Database development and growth including segmentation / advanced targeting. Building relationships with partners and stakeholders. Analytical and questioning mindset. Significant exposure to design and print suppliers / agencies. Strong copywriting skills. Deadline and target driven. Experience of working in a pressurised environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. In Both English & Arabic Proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Technology savvy. Able to quickly adopt and work with new technology solutions. Desirable Experience of using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua). Experience of working with CMS platforms (but coding knowledge not required). Experience of managing social media through scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootesuite etc. And experience of social media listening and sentiment analysis. Experience of marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe or others). Formal business/marketing higher education qualification. Experience using Eloqua and/or Adobe Experience Manager. Events marketing experience.
