ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for a proven marketing professional with extensive experience in the HR, Employment Law, or Health & Safety sector and a deep understanding of the B2B landscape. You’ll need to demonstrate how your previous campaigns have driven long-term sales growth and successfully generated high-quality leads.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and proven success in delivering measurable results.
  • Experience working in the HR, Employment Law, or Health & Safety industry, with a solid understanding of competitors and market trends.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and marketing analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of our clients marketing strategy, driving lead generation and supporting the sales team in converting leads into long-term clients. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will also collaborate closely with the sales team, account managers, Head of Services, and the Managing Director to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy focused on lead generation and increasing sales.
  • Create and manage campaigns that deliver measurable results and align with business goals.
  • Analyse data sources to optimise lead quality and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage social media platforms and ensure messaging aligns with our brand values.
  • Oversee the company’s PR, ensuring consistent and impactful communication with external audiences.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Produce regular reports on marketing performance, using insights to refine campaigns and drive efficiency.
  • Utilise HubSpot for managing marketing automation, CRM data, and lead tracking.
