QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with retail or regulated product industries
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Cannabis industry experience is a strong asset
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, loyalty, and traditional advertising
  • Creative thinker with a strong analytical and data-informed mindset
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of Health Canada cannabis marketing regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams

    Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Manager is focused on driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance at the retail level through highly integrated, multi-channel campaigns, promotions, in-store experiences, and consistent brand execution — all within the defined regulatory framework.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Loyalty, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in translating brand strategies into impactful initiatives that connect with customers and support retail success.
