Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to focus on Institutional Customer and Distribution Partner segments. In this brand-new role, you’ll be responsible to define and execute the Marketing strategy, development, and execution of various partner programs to increase partner relations, product awareness, and business growth.
You will be joining the ‘Product Marketing & Global Events team’ consisting of 9 stellar Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, and Event Marketing Managers. Together, the team manages the marketing commercialization of 3Shape solutions (hardware, software, services, accessories) for key customer segments, and secures organizational readiness across cross-functionally ahead of key launches, releases, campaigns, and events.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • +5 years of Commercial experience in a global organization, with a minimum of 3 in a partner-facing role
  • High-quality written and communication skills for creating compelling marketing content and presenting ideas effectively
  • Applied problem-solving skills to mitigate obstacles and capitalize on opportunities in a competitive market
  • Ability to think strategically and develop futureproof plans to enable continuous business growth

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Institutional customers encompass a diverse range of entities such as Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), universities, and hospitals. These customers require tailored solutions that cater to enterprise-like setups, distinct from those offered to individual dentists or clinics.
As Marketing Manager focused on Institutional Customers and Distribution Partners, your responsibility will be to boost mutual business growth, enhance co-brand visibility, and increase market share through collaborative marketing efforts. You will drive the Marketing strategy, development, execution, and stakeholder management of various partner programs by collaborating with internal and external teams. You will focus primarily on the DSO segment (60%), and subsequently on distribution partner channels (40%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic planning:
  • Develop marketing plans aligned with 3Shape’s partnership business goals, specific to each partner to generate demand.
  • Develop an effective communication framework to ensure timely and relevant information towards partners informing of latest solution updates, new releases, upcoming promotions, latest trends, etc.
  • Develop training frameworks for partners in alignment with Product Marketing, ensuring their clear understanding of 3shape’s offerings within intraoral scanners, software, accessories, and services.
  1. Relationship management:
  • Represent 3Shape Global Marketing as single-point-of-contact internally and externally for all partner-related marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain reliable, long-term relationships with partners marketing teams. Dependent on the partner and programs, ensure a clear stream of communication to guarantee all parties are engaged and progressing to mutual goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, Academy, Global Marketing, Local Markets, etc to ensure cohesive and integrated partner marketing efforts.
  1. Marketing development and implementation:
  • Plan and manage joint marketing initiatives with partners (could be campaigns, promotions, launches, digital events, etc.)
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing content targeted for the relevant partner’s target audience (could be product presentations, blog posts, testimonials, case studies, white papers, webinars, SoMe content, etc).
  • Track performance to measure the effectiveness of partner-related marketing initiatives.
