On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Manager - Intermediate for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

MARKETING MANAGER - INTERMEDIATE - JOB DESCRIPTION:

New-to-Canada, one of the portfolios in the Segments Marketing team, is hiring a Marketing Manager to support growing requirements with end-to-end responsibilities. The role involves strategic thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication to deliver actionable insights and support bank’s business objectives.

MARKETING MANAGER - INTERMEDIATE - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 4-6 years of experience in strategy and campaign management in a marketing role.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to apply research/data into strategic plans.
  • Strong English verbal & written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player, proactive, and able to work independently.

MARKETING MANAGER - INTERMEDIATE – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in banking/financial institutions.
  • Experience in sponsorships/partnerships and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Indian or Chinese languages.
Responsibilities
  • Support events sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
  • Execute campaign management for New-to-Canada initiatives, including translations and creative coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication effectiveness.
  • Participate in communication strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Remain alert to new communication trends and recommend their application.
