Job Description Role Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution Execute the annual marketing plan in coordination with the Head of Marketing. Ensure adherence to the campus content, communications and events calendar. Provide local market insights, including competitor information, relevant trends and positioning opportunities. Support the implementation of marketing initiatives that strengthen the school’s visibility and brand presence on campus. Social Media Management Manage the Santo Domingo campus’s social media content in alignment with the school’s overall brand strategy. Coordinate the coverage of school events, activities and key moments to generate relevant promotional content. Capture engaging visual content, including photos and videos, for social media and internal communication purposes. Create engaging visual content (photos and videos) during school events and key moments. Write basic copy aligned with the brand tone and communication guidelines. Design and Materials Production Support the adaptation of simple graphic materials using established brand guidelines and templates. Contribute to basic design and editing tasks for communications, presentations and school materials. Coordinate with local vendors for printed materials, promotional items and campus visual communication needs. Support the production and installation of campus signage, lettering, branded frames, informational displays, banners and other visual assets that help keep the campus aligned with the brand. PR & Communications Support the drafting and editing of internal and external communications using established communication templates. Ensure communications are clear, well-written and aligned with the school’s tone and brand standards. Serving as the local point of contact for media, community initiatives and relevant campus events. Support internal and external communication campaign execution. Share relevant information with the Santiago team for national, regional or institutional publication. Support for School Events and Recruitment Coordinate event coverage to generate promotional and institutional content. Collaborate with the Admissions team in lead-generation events such as Open Houses, tours and fairs. Support the preparation of branded materials and visual assets needed for school events, recruitment activities and campus experiences. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field. 2+ years of experience in similar roles, with experience in educational or service-oriented settings considered a plus. Strong writing and communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to draft and edit basic communications using established templates. Basic graphic design skills are desired and considered a plus. Basic video editing skills are desired, especially using Canva, CapCut or similar tools. Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage multiple production requests. Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and results-driven. Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams across campuses. Intermediate-advanced English level, especially reading and writing.
