Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Marketing Manager Italy (m/f/x)

Responsibilities
  • Strategically implement Carhartt WIP’s global marketing vision within the regional market, ensuring brand alignment while adapting to local nuances and consumer behavior
  • Oversee, optimize, and execute B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, ensuring impactful activations that enhance brand equity and commercial success
  • Drive the creation and management of compelling, high-quality content for national social media channels
  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee local projects, activations, and events to strengthen brand presence and engagement
  • Oversee product placement and seeding activities to amplify targeted brand visibility
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end production of photo and video shoots, ensuring brand aesthetics and storytelling are consistently maintained
  • Take full ownership of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, cost control, and alignment with business objectives while maintaining close collaboration with the accounting department
  • Act as the brand’s eyes and ears on the ground
  • Ensure seamless communication, alignment and execution of global and regional initiatives by serving as the primary liaison to the Carhartt WIP European marketing team
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting and performance analysis, translating data into insights to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies
