Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a crucial Marketing Manager role - for a Beauty Brand - where you’ll directly impact the brand’s growth, shaping the marketing strategy and drive its successful implementation. You’ll lead the charge on comprehensive marketing campaigns, guide engaging social media and content creation, and maximise revenue through the affiliate marketing program. This position requires a sharp strategic mind, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. You will lead the relationship with agencies, driving optimal social media performance, and you will be the architect of our clients product launch roadmap.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Oversee and collaborate with social media and graphic design agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality creative output.
  • Oversee content generation across all platforms, ensuring high quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Actively lead the integration and utilisation of AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and build brand loyalty - briefing into agencies.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance, using data to optimise future strategies.
  • Own and drive the affiliate marketing program, focusing on profitable revenue growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key affiliates.
  • Act as a key voice in the development of brand strategy and new product launches, contributing to overall brand direction.
  • Collaborate closely with the eCommerce and wholesale teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Provide market analysis and customer insights to inform product development.
