Are you an experienced marketing professional with a strong understanding of industrial markets?
Our client, a market-leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is looking for an Industrial Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies and elevate brand presence.
The role is a new position. You will start with a blank piece of paper and be able to put the marketing plan together from scratch.

The Role:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the industrial sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives to drive growth and profitability.
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning for the industrial product portfolio, creating compelling messaging and value propositions.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media) and traditional channels (trade shows, print, direct mail).
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industrial customers, distributors, and stakeholders, supporting lead generation and business development efforts.
  • Lead product launch strategies for new products or improvements, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, R&D, Operations, and other teams to align marketing activities with product development and sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the industrial sector
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and project management abilities.
  • A good understanding of industrial markets, sales cycles, and customer needs in the industrial sector.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and organised team player with strong leadership skills.
