We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating leads, and driving measurable growth across multiple channels.
The role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on digital marketing including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, Local Service Ads, Google My Business optimization, and email marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Proven expertise in PPC (Google Ads, Bing), SEO, and social media advertising.
  • Experience managing Google My Business profiles and running Local Service Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to grow visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Lead and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Bing.
  • Manage social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to reach, engage, and convert target audiences.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve rankings, organic traffic, and local visibility.
  • Optimize Google My Business profiles and run Local Service Ads (LSAs) to maximize local lead generation.
  • Design and deliver email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, leads generated), using insights to refine strategy.
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are creative, consistent, and ROI-focused.
  • Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and AI innovations to improve efficiency and impact.
