Description

We’re looking for a Muslim creative and results-driven MARKETING MANAGER to help grow our Hajj travel brand for 2026 and onwards.

Develop and implement marketing strategies: This involves creating comprehensive marketing plans across various channels like digital, print, and events.

  • Campaign management: Oversee all marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Market research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, stay abreast of industry trends, and understand customer needs.
  • Brand management: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication channels to build and maintain a strong brand image.
  • Content creation and management: Lead the creation of engaging content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
  • Performance analysis and reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports for senior management, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, product, etc.), external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure coordinated marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
  • Budget management: Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver a strong Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Event management: Organize and attend trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Team leadership and development: Manage, motivate, and mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performing team.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role, is commonly sought. Some positions may require previous experience within the specific industry.
  • Education: While not always mandatory, a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred. Professional qualifications from bodies like the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) can also be highly valued.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing is increasingly crucial in today’s landscape.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), email marketing platforms, and content management systems is essential.
