Description

Kurmi Software, a leader in unified communication management software solutions, is on the lookout for a talented Marketing Manager to help shape and execute Kurmi’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management and communication skills and has 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager - Americas will lead a broad range of initiatives to support an account-based sales/marketing strategy, create sales enablement materials, and drive reseller co-marketing.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a specific emphasis on B2B marketing, especially within the unified communications or information technology industries
  • Proven expertise in project management, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and Walnut

OFFICE & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position is a hybrid position based in New York City, NY
  • Ability to travel (within US and France) 10 - 15%

Responsibilities
  • Set strategy for and drive US-based campaigns & events (trade shows, conferences, partner, self-hosted, etc.), managing budgets, communicating with vendors, executing promotion, conducting post-campaign or event analysis, and ensuring lead follow-up.
  • Manage and nurture co-marketing relationships with Americas-based resellers.
  • Collaborate with Revenue team leadership to identify and create compelling sales and partner enablement collateral, including one-sheeters, decks, and battlecards.
  • Produce engaging and informative digital content that supports global marketing strategy, including interactive demos, videos, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data, conduct market research, monitor competitors’ marketing activities, and regularly share key insights with Revenue team (Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success, and Marketing).
  • Ensure marketing-related data integrity. Create reports on key metrics, like conversion rates. Share results of marketing initiatives with the team & Revenue team leadership.
  • Contribute to the global marketing team’s efficiency through improving processes and leveraging automation in the existing marketing tech stack. Identify and propose new tools to enhance GTM efforts.
  • Manage the Americas marketing inventory, including swag and event supplies. Source new materials and establish vendor relationships as needed.
