Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the Saraya family of brands including Lakanto, arau.baby and Happy Elephant. They will report directly to the VP of Marketing & Creative to execute dynamic and engaging marketing campaigns. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, content creation, and market research. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, managing the marketing team, and ensuring that all efforts align with the brand’s overall goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, innovative thinker with a strong background in marketing leadership and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a combination of formal training and equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of progressive career experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a media agency or creative services environment.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Expertise in data analysis and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive innovation in marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating persuasive and engaging content.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and media buying is preferred.
  • Able & willing to travel nationally for brand events as needed
