Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver annual marketing plans that drive bookings, footfall, and brand awareness across all venues.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid ads, social media (for which you will also create content for), and email campaigns.
  • Craft compelling content that tells the story of each property, from luxury escapes to cosy café treats.
  • Manage on-site marketing campaigns and projects, including printed collateral, and guest-facing materials in collaboration with the leadership and front-of-house teams.
  • Work with the Media Manager to produce high-quality assets and coverage.
  • Track performance and ROI using data and analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Be a key player in our cross-property leadership team, influencing the customer journey at every touchpoint.
