OVERVIEW

F1 Arcade is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts for our Las Vegas venue. This role blends strategic thinking with local execution, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue through immersive campaigns and dynamic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Las Vegas market, its media landscape, event circuit, and cultural scene. You will work closely with the to amplify internal programming, watch parties, tournaments, and large-scale activations. You’ll own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the venue and play a key role in shaping how F1 Arcade shows up across Las Vegas.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–8+ years in marketing, with experience in experiential, venue, or event marketing.
• Expertise in the Las Vegas market and its cultural, hospitality, and media ecosystems.
• Strong background in local media buying and advertising.
• Experience managing affiliate marketing or performance-driven partner programs.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• A strong network of local media, influencers, and community partners is a major plus.
