You will oversee content creation across video, social media, email, and web platforms, ensuring messaging reflects the firm's expertise, professionalism, and brand voice. You will manage and optimize paid marketing efforts, including Google Ads and landing pages, with a focus on lead quality, ROI, and ethical compliance. You will direct SEO and GEO strategy and execution, including keyword priorities, content planning, and performance tracking, with an emphasis on long-term organic growth. You will analyze marketing data across channels, monitor KPIs, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and present actionable recommendations to firm leadership. You will implement systems, workflows, and tools (such as Monday.com and AI-assisted workflows) to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. You will work closely with firm leadership to align marketing strategy with business objectives, intake capacity, and growth plans.
