Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for local activation and data-driven lead generation? At Janney, Florida’s Highest Rated Roofer, we’re not just creating campaigns—we’re building revenue engines that power the most respected brand in the industry. We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to elevate our market presence and lead generation across Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa, and help drive real results for our sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, and traditional).
  • Strong ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-backed decisions to improve ROI.
  • Experience managing vendor partnerships such as videographers, designers, copyrights, etc.
  • Proven experience working with tools like Canva, Adobe to do basic graphic design

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Background in home improvement, home services, or construction-related marketing.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
  • Google Ads, HubSpot, and/or other relevant marketing certifications.
  • Experience with PPC, SEO strategy, and paid social campaigns.
  • Bachelors degree
Responsibilities
  • Local Market Activation:
  • Own the strategy and execution of high-impact campaigns tailored to the Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa areas.
  • Drive lead generation through grassroots events, hyper-targeted social, local influencers, community sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Align marketing efforts directly with local sales goals to boost conversion and revenue.
  • Drive local campaigns to respond to storms (hail, wind and hurricanes)
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Partner with our Director of Marketing to craft and launch omnichannel campaigns across mass, digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • Test and iterate creative and offers quickly to maximize ROI and lead flow.
  • Tech-Driven Marketing:
  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM platforms, and AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency, audience targeting, online reputation management and reporting.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Analyze local campaign performance, interpret metrics, and adjust tactics in real time to optimize results.
  • Collaboration & Innovation:
  • Work side-by-side with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts generate qualified leads that convert.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, ops, and vendor partners (videographers, designers, etc.) to bring local campaigns to life.
  • Work closely with sales to build sales tools to support improvements in close rate.
