Description
LevelOut is one of London’s fastest-growing boutique reformer Pilates brands, with 14 studios launched since January 2023 and ambitious plans to expand across the UK and Europe. We’re on a mission to make world-class reformer Pilates accessible, exciting, and community-driven, blending premium experiences with exceptional results. We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and commercially minded Marketing Manager who thrives in a site-based, multi-market business. You’ll understand the balance between centralised brand strategy and localised execution, and know how to apply this to maximise performance across all studios - whether in London or overseas. This role requires someone who is comfortable working across different geographies, understanding local market nuances, and adapting campaigns accordingly. Role Overview The Marketing Manager will own and deliver LevelOut’s marketing strategy, both at a brand-wide level and tailored for individual studio performance. You will identify underperforming locations, diagnose the cause, and develop targeted campaigns and partnerships to drive awareness, trial, and retention at a local level - while ensuring the LevelOut brand remains strong and consistent. This is a hands-on role. You’ll regularly be in our studios - working with managers, engaging with members, and building hyper-local marketing initiatives - as well as collaborating with partners and stakeholders in different cities and countries to ensure campaigns land effectively in every market. What you'll do: Develop and execute a centralised marketing strategy adaptable for different markets and cultures. Create specific plans to improve performance in underperforming locations. Collaborate with studio managers and local teams to understand market-specific customer profiles and competition. Deliver multi-channel campaigns, integrating paid media, organic social, partnerships, and events. Plan and execute opening campaigns for new studios across multiple geographies. Identify local opportunities for activation across different cities. Monitor performance data to detect underperformance early and take corrective action. Design and implement local offers and events to enhance awareness and sales. Train local teams on marketing best practices and community engagement. Ensure consistent brand voice, design, and messaging across all markets. Oversee content creation for social media, email, and in-studio assets, adapting for cultural differences. Manage creative suppliers for photography, videography, and design across locations. Report on campaign performance both globally and locally to refine tactics and improve ROI. Who you are: You have experience in a marketing role, ideally in fitness, hospitality, retail, or multi-site consumer brands. Proven success delivering both centralised brand campaigns and locally adapted activations in multiple markets. Commercially minded, with the ability to diagnose performance issues and implement corrective actions. Strong understanding of paid media, social media, partnerships, and event-based marketing. Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to guide decision-making. Understanding of marketing in multiple countries or culturally distinct regions. Passion for health, fitness, and wellness. 💸 Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 🏡 Logistics: London (On-site / Studio-Based, with travel to other markets) What else? 🤑 Performance-based bonuses. 🤸🏻 Free access to LevelOut classes.
