Marketing Experience: A proven track record in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising leading across channels marketing campaigns.
Collaboration: The ability to work closely with other departments including tele-sales, field sales, customer services, and the support teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Our Marketing Manager, which is a new role, will be responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of our brand and services. Your campaigns will attract and retain more customers and raise brand awareness through the creation of carefully curated, well targeted, effective multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll be adept at campaign analysis, Meta, Google PPC and Google Analytics.
Due to the geographical spread of our network, the role involves travel within the South East, however, the role is office based in Eastbourne, with the ability for some flexible home working.
The role manages a marketing executive and marketing assistant, and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
