KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Marketing Experience: A proven track record in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising leading across channels marketing campaigns.
Collaboration: The ability to work closely with other departments including tele-sales, field sales, customer services, and the support teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Analytical Skills: Outstanding analytical skills to make informed marketing decisions, using metrics including, but limited to, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends etc.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to convey marketing strategies and manage our agency relationships.
Creativity: The ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, UX and social media.
Market Knowledge: Gain and expand your awareness of the target markets, industry trends, and competitor activity and respond accordingly with agile strategies for product, price, etc.
You must be able to drive and ideally will have a marketing degree or related field.
You will have a high level of energy and motivation and the ability to think critically about issues, whilst maintaining an optimistic outlook on the challenges faced.

Our Marketing Manager, which is a new role, will be responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of our brand and services. Your campaigns will attract and retain more customers and raise brand awareness through the creation of carefully curated, well targeted, effective multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll be adept at campaign analysis, Meta, Google PPC and Google Analytics.
Due to the geographical spread of our network, the role involves travel within the South East, however, the role is office based in Eastbourne, with the ability for some flexible home working.
The role manages a marketing executive and marketing assistant, and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
