SUMMARY

MOD BIKES is seeking a highly strategic and execution-minded Marketing Director to lead all marketing functions, brand development, campaign execution, customer retention, public relations, and digital growth. This role bridges high-level strategy with hands-on management, working cross-functionally to drive visibility and loyalty across local and national and local markets.
You?ll oversee internal resources and external freelancers/agencies to implement high-impact, multi-channel campaigns. From overseeing ad budgets and brand voice to reporting on KPIs and guiding team performance, this is a key leadership role in the company?s next phase of growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in a marketing leadership role
  • Demonstrated success managing hybrid teams and external agencies
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and brand development
  • Analytical thinker with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment
  • Excellent communicator and proactive project manager
  • Must be based in Austin, TX or able to attend regular hybrid/in-person meetings

The Marketing Director aligns all marketing efforts with MOD BIKES? mission and vision guiding strategic direction, brand consistency, and business impact through creative, data-driven execution. Every initiative should reflect the company?s values, brand and deliver value to our growing community of electric bike enthusiasts.

ORGANIZATIONAL & OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain organized digital marketing assets across company platforms
  • Supervise organization and preparation of event materials, banners, and promotional displays.
  • Ensure collaborative MOD software platforms (Whale, Google Drive, Slack) are up to date
  • Monitor campaign issues and report feedback to sales, service, or product teams
