THIS IS A FIXED TERM APPOINTMENT FOR 12 MONTHS.

If you have a proven track record of leading impactful marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix and a passion for higher education, this is the role for you. Join a driven, ambitious team and play a key role in shaping our executive education programmes.
LSE Executive Education is a commercially focused team with bold growth plans, building on LSE’s reputation for delivering top-tier, in-person and online programmes for working professionals. These offerings are central to the School’s mission of broadening its impact, while generating vital revenue to support teaching and research.

This exciting role will oversee the execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns to support executive education. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:

  • Demonstrable experience in integrated international marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, social media, and brand campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance reports, extract actionable insights, and make evidence-based recommendations to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills to engage, influence, and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior academics, professional services staff, and external partners and suppliers.
  • Experience in line management, with the ability to delegate effectively and support, develop and motivate direct reports.
  • Track record of working towards and achieving defined marketing or recruitment targets, with a results-driven approach.
