Description
What you can expect You create content that resonates with a technical audience: LinkedIn posts, technical articles, case studies, newsletters, and press releases. You manage our digital channels - website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and technical blog. You handle SEO, track performance, and continuously optimize. You coordinate our trade show appearances at major industry events, including booth setup, logistics, and marketing materials. You implement digital lead campaigns—from creative production and landing pages to CRM integration for handover to our sales team. You manage external service providers - printers, video production, advertising agencies, trade show construction—and ensure everything is delivered on time and on point. You manage our central asset library (images, renderings, logos, templates, case study masters) with clear versioning. You work closely with our 3D team on product renderings and mission visualizations. Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in the B2B technology, aerospace, or defense sectors. A strong portfolio of completed campaigns and event projects—you can demonstrate what you’ve done, not just what you’ve learned. Solid digital toolkit: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush), email marketing platforms, CRM integration (Odoo or similar). Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva level)—you don’t have to design everything yourself, but you must be able to create quick-turn deliverables without external help. You work under deadline pressure (trade show season), keep 5–10 parallel workstreams under control, and deliver on time, on budget, and on brand.
