ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Marketing Team is dedicated to enhancing the university’s brand presence and supporting its strategic goals through creative storytelling across various marketing channels. By developing data-driven campaigns and innovative outreach strategies, the team plays a key role in supporting the Recruitment & Admissions teams in attracting prospective students. Through compelling content and impactful branding, we effectively showcase the university’s unique academic offerings and international community to a global audience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all performance marketing efforts to drive student recruitment, including the conceptualization, planning, execution, and optimization of international advertising campaigns across various digital channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Expand and diversify the performance marketing channels, integrating new platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to further enhance student recruitment efforts worldwide
  • Plan, organize, and promote webinars as a key student recruitment tool, ensuring high engagement and attendance through targeted marketing strategies
  • Oversee and provide input on creative content (ads, visuals, messaging) for performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with designers and content creators to ensure compelling and high-performing marketing materials
  • Build in-house expertise for the independent management of campaigns
  • Continuously track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing campaigns for effectiveness and ROI
  • Monitor and refine the student customer journey across all digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless user experience, retargeting, and engagement
  • Independently manage projects, including planning, scheduling, budget control, and process management, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives
