• Performance Marketing: You plan and manage data-driven advertising campaigns and always keep an eye on budgets and KPIs (conversion, reach) in order to continuously increase performance.
• Social Media Management: You are responsible for our social media channels, create creative, target group-oriented content and actively expand our digital community.
• Platform & Escalation Management: You will be responsible for the operational management of our digital online portals and will act as a solution-oriented and communicative interface for more complex customer requests.
• Team Support & Projects: You are an active part of our team in Pullach. With your hands-on mentality, you also contribute to cross-departmental projects and support the team in day-to-day operations.
• qualificationSuccessfully completed studies in the field of marketing, digital media, communication or a comparable sound education.
• Professional experience in marketing, ideally with a strong focus on performance marketing, social media or digital campaigns.
• Experience in dealing with digital platforms and a sure hand in professional escalation and complaint management.
• Strong writing and communication skills, creativity, and a good sense of aesthetics and digital trends.
• You are a team player with a structured work style, initiative, and you keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
