🙏 Help us protect future generations from smartphone addiction! Tasks You will directly work with Stephan who is a growth hacker by heart and who has built a $ 1 million ARR Marketing agency with just 5 people. He is currently creating all Marketing channels for Lemio from scratch and needs a second hand to help him execute the following things daily: Content creation for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more with the help of AI tools and automations Content distribution via Loomly, AI agents or other tools Replicate Gymshark66 Challenge and find 100+ Affiliates to become Lemio brand ambassadors PR publications Community Building: Email distributions to our various email lists Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role! Requirements Ideally you always wanted to become the Head of Marketing of a tech startup. are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general. are passionate about content, writing, blogging and social media. have between 2-5 years of work experience. Responsibilities

You will assist in executing daily marketing tasks including content creation across multiple social media platforms and managing distribution. Additionally, you will focus on community building, affiliate outreach, and automating workflows using AI tools.
