please apply in english We are looking her for a candidate with experience in Ingredients not FMCG GFIC recruits the Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Nutritional, Cosmetical & Functional Food Ingredients 📍 Location: Langen near Frankfurt ⏰ Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) or fulltime 🏭 Industry: Nutritional, Cosmetical & Functional Food Ingredients 🔹 About Us We are a scientific driven global company specializing in high-value ingredients for nutritional, cosmetical, and functional food applications with 8 productions sites, more than 500 patents and more than 100 products 🔹 Your Mission As our European Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing journey for our ingredient portfolio across B2B and B2C channels. You’ll craft strategic campaigns, build brand awareness, and drive demand among distributors, manufacturers, and health-conscious consumers alike. Tasks Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for B2B and B2C segments Create product collateral: brochures, whitepapers, case studies, digital assets Plan and manage online campaigns (social media, email newsletters, PPC) Optimize website content and SEO to attract both trade and consumer audiences Organize and represent us at trade fairs, workshops, webinars, and industry events Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign KPIs; deliver actionable insights Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Regulatory teams to align messaging Requirements Your Profile Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Cosmetic Science or similar 3+ years’ marketing experience in the food, supplement, or cosmetics industries Proven track record in both B2B and B2C marketing Hands-on experience with digital tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, CRM) Strong storytelling skills and creative flair Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must-have.
