YOUR EXPERIENCES

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or B2B environment

  • Hands-on experience in content creation and visual storytelling

  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for creating marketing visuals and Webflow for website development
  • Solid experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • A proactive, structured, and creative mindset with a willingness to get things done

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive our marketing strategy: Develop Genow’s marketing roadmap aligned with business goals, positioning, and target audience. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing through LinkedIn outreach campaigns as well as SEO and SEA initiatives.
  • Build and manage our brand: Create consistent messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Create marketing materials & content: Develop pitch decks, brochures, social media assets, newsletters, blog posts, short videos and case studies. Use Figma and other tools to design compelling visuals and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate with external partners: Manage relationships with designers, agencies, printers, event organizers, and other third parties.
  • Plan & execute events and trade shows: Organize Genow’s presence at conferences and fairs, coordinate booth setup, logistics, and customer collaborations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Product: Work hand-in-hand with other teams to align messaging and deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Measure & optimize campaigns: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously iterate to improve results.
