ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of our growing spa and nail business. You’ll be responsible for promoting our services, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer growth both online and offline. Plus knowing how to perform our services is a big advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, etc.)
• Create promotional materials (flyers, emails, social media posts, etc.)
• Collaborate with the design or content team for photo/video shoots
• Prepared to help perform spa and nail services when necessary
• Manage social media accounts and engage with online followers
• Run paid ads and track performance (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Plan events or promotions to attract new customers and retain loyal clients
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
• Work closely with the owner and front desk to align marketing with business goals

  Pay: £24,685.87-£55,000.00 per year
