Role Summary: As a Marketing Manager, you'll drive B2B growth in Thailand by localising and executing regional plans. This high-impact role owns the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and budget to reporting. We seek a self-starter with strategic insight and meticulous execution. Role: Develop and execute comprehensive local market strategies by localising regional marketing plans for the Thai market. Own the end-to-end management and execution of at least one medium brand campaign and one mid-market lead generation campaign. Lead budget management, performance tracking, and agency coordination to ensure all initiatives are executed efficiently and meet established goals. Support high-impact events, including one large-scale event, one medium-scale event, and 2–4 smaller local activations. Manage scenarios related to budget, resource allocation, and justification in consultation with senior leadership. Drive cross-functional stakeholder coordination across regional, local, and external agency teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and execution. Regularly report on campaign performance, surfacing key insights and translating results into actionable learnings to shape future strategy. Champion marketing campaign excellence, ensuring all initiatives are impactful, innovative, and deliver measurable results. You: 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar marketing field, with a strong focus on campaign management, execution, and strategy development. Proven expertise in localised campaign management within the Thailand market is essential. Strong track record of successfully managing and executing complex cross-functional marketing projects within budget and on tight timelines. Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently. Experience in managing and coordinating external agencies (creative, media, or event agencies). Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with agencies, colleagues, and suppliers across different cultures and functions. A proactive, self-starter mindset capable of taking initiative and working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
